This is a great poem that I thought I’d share. It’s particularly pertinent to me at the moment, as I go on a process with my garin, towards living in a kvutzah and starting to fulfil chalutzic aliyah.

It is possible
Those who will follow us
Will look at this picture and think for a minute
Here was the beginning
And they will not know perhaps
That for us this wasn’t a beginning
But it was everything
And because of that it might have also been
A beginning of something
